Class 9, UN #3091, Packing Group 2, as per Jan 1, 2000 "Dangerous Goods" shipping regulations.
Description:  Lithium batteries contained in equipment UN 3091.
Quantity:  One battery per tool; lithium quantity varies with cell size and manufacturer.
Airfreight Packaging:  Special packaging suitable for "Dangerous Goods".

3. "Dangerous Goods" - Batteries Only - Stringent Documentation and Packaging Required

C or DD Cell Lithium battery shipment ("Dangerous Goods") is available directly from the manufacturer.

SNDT Maintenance

Replacement of batteries, re-calibration of units and exchange of components is required from time to time. If local facilities are not available, it is suggested that this function be carried out in Canada. If desired, the data can be downloaded in Canada as well. Exchange programs can be arranged to provide spare units during turnaround times.
